Diesel Train Day using one of our Diesels to give train rides along the 1/3rd mile of the ex-Great Western Railway Clifton Maybank branch. Other attractions include the Miniature Railway, Model Railway, Cafe (and display of artefacts) and a Shop.

Fourth annual Steampunk Extravaganza and classic cars day on Sunday 9th August 2026. Somerset's Premier Steampunk event! Featuring Peripatetic entertainers, including Major Blunder, Tea Duelling, Tea pot racing and traders. Ride in our new open Wagon(wheelchair friendly), or one of our brake vans, behind a steam locomotive to the event field where classic vehicles will also be on display. Other attractions include our Shop, Light Refreshments, Model Railway and exhibits and displays (including the Chard Signalling Panel).
